Terms
Terms of Service
These terms govern access to and use of Amplify OS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, when applicable, your organization.
Effective September 19, 2026
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use the service only if you are legally able to enter this agreement. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for the people they invite and the permissions they assign.
Acceptable use
You may not use Amplify OS to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware, bypass security controls, send unlawful or deceptive communications, or interfere with the service or another workspace.
Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Amplify OS permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to provide and protect the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to submit content and to invite clients, staff, or collaborators.
Connected services and AI-assisted features
Optional integrations, including Google Drive and Stripe, are also governed by the terms of those providers. AI-assisted output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by a person before it is relied upon, published, approved, or used for a consequential decision.
Plans, fees, and payment activity
Paid subscriptions, platform fees, transaction percentages, limits, and included features are described during signup, checkout, or in an applicable order form. Taxes and third-party processing fees may apply. When a supported client payment is fully or partially refunded, its platform fee is reversed proportionally. Subscription fees and other fees already earned or incurred remain non-refundable except where law requires otherwise.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Amplify OS available and secure, but the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or stop material misuse.
Termination and data
You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through the support page. We may terminate accounts that materially violate these terms. Workspace owners should export information they need before termination; legal, security, and backup retention may continue for a limited period.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Amplify OS is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Amplify OS is not a substitute for legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
